Yes. U cannot sell used, none branded products and advertise u are a registered dealer and all items are shipped in original designer packaging when they are not. It's called bait and switch and it is FRAUD!
They could be authentic but not properly packaged. I suggest the others who comment that it is authentic have not had them checked for defect or other by an authentication expert. I would say buyer beware. The Jimmy Choo boots I received were obviously previously wore so not brand new and did not come with the Choo box, packaging, or tags. Just a pair of boots tossed in a plain white box with a piece of tissue paper.
I can't speak for ALL the items they show. I have bought at least five items from VIP closets and they all arrived as advertised and/or with tags. I believe they check items. Sometimes the shipping is delayed but never something crazy.
The outnet definitely sells made in china terrible quality goods which could be tagged as fake by someone comparing them to the real stuff. The outnet claims it only sells original items. The thing is that many brands nowadays produce themselves second quality items made exactly for outlets so if its inferior quality with minor differences, produced from the same company, how would you call it? Genuine or fake? The outlet calls it genuine, but if you would try to resell it could be branded as fake. It is really ridiculous.
